 ENSAT
was called on an emergency basis to provide on-site health and safety
training for hazardous materials work for the San Juan Oil Spill
of January, 1994. Training was mandated by the Site Safety Plan
and Managed by the prime contractor, the National Response Corporation.
ENSAT trained over 500 workers, conducted air monitoring, and provided
daily site safety meetings and accident review.
