William H. Graves, CHMM
Principal
CFO

Bill Graves Mr. Graves is the Operations Manager and a principal and founding partner of ENSAT Corporation. He is responsible for the financial management of ENSAT, as well as general personnel supervision and managing some of the larger construction and remediation projects. He has more than 20 years experience in hazardous waste and environmental remediation services.

Mark J. Newell, PG
Senior Project Manager

Mark Newell Mr. Newell is a Project Manager for ENSAT Corporation. Mr. Newell has over 11 years of personnel management, project management, technical expertise and field experience in the environmental field. His responsibilities include managing and performing a wide range of geologic and subsurface investigations. These investigations consist of contaminant site characterization reports, environmental site assessments, tank closure assessments, remedial designs, asbestos and lead-based paint evaluations. His duties involve overseeing field operations and data analysis while maintaining a close working relationship with clients to insure their needs are met. Prior to joining ENSAT, Mr. Newell was a branch manager with Universal Engineering Sciences in South Daytona, Florida.

C.R. "Buddy" Newman
Principal Scientist

Buddy Newman's work has encompassed many industries. His experience includes air permits, air pollution control systems, developing and applying atmospheric dispersion modeling protocols, construction manager and comprehensive worker health and safety programs. He has authored numerous publications and presentations. Other skills include business and corporate management skills; industrial mentoring and engineering skills and industrial sector expertise

Alan M. Lacy
Project Manager
Chemical Engineer

Alan M. Lacy Mr. Lacy is a Project Manager and Chemical Engineer for ENSAT Corporation. His primary responsibility is remediation system design, system operation and maintenance, and remedial pilot testing. Mr. Lacy manages and performs site work involving site characterizations, contaminant investigations and remediations. He also performs environmental site assessments associated with underground storage tank removal. Other responsibilities include report writing such as tank closure reports, site assessments, and site characterizations for submittal to appropriate state agencies.
